The Institute for Sport, Parks and Leisure (ISPAL) have launched a competition to recognise excellence and exceptional service to sports development.
The awards are open to anyone working in sports development in the public, commercial or third sector and there will be a winner for each of these categories provided by Sports Structures. From these three winners will be an overall winner who will be honoured with the Rt Hon Richard Caborn award.
The awards will be presented at the National Sports Development Seminar; ‘Don’t Get Left in the Blocks’, taking place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on the 17th-18th November.
It is an excellent opportunity to reward an individual who you think has shown imagination, innovation and determination to increase participation and improved the quality of life for individuals, communities and other groups.
